Whiteboards and paper replaced with a live operating system.

An iron pole manufacturer recorded performance by hand — hourly counts on whiteboards, paper notes between shifts — with no live view of the line and no record of the operating life of its equipment. WCG built a custom SCADA application on Ignition: live visibility, automated reporting, alarming, a maintenance team application, and an updated inventory system.

After go-live, the client reported a 15% increase in assembly-line throughput.
